  • THE SUMMIT (LILIKOI HIBISCUS)
    SOUR ALE  / 5.4% ABV
    Vibrant and bright passion fruit flavors. Dried hibiscus flowers give a mixed flavor of strawberry, raspberry, with a floral aroma. It has a sharp, tangy flavor that finishes dry, coming together with a sour candy-like kick.

  • WATERWOMAN
    INDIA PALE ALE / 6.2% ABV
    Refreshing and well balanced with a simple grain bill to allow the Simcoe and Centennial hops to shine. Aromas of grapefruit and pine are complemented with a firm  bitterness on the finish.

  • THE FOGGERNAUT
    HAZY IPA / 6.7% ABV
    Robust aromas and flavors of orange creamsicle, vanilla and coconut. Subtle cedar and herbaceous flavors followed by a creamy finish. Full bodied, but still very drinkable with a moderately low bitterness.

    BROWN ALE / 5.1% ABV
    Our Gold Medal Winning, medium bodied and balanced English style brown ale. Light roast character and subtle caramel sweetness.

  • LAHAINA LITE
    KOLSCH / 4.8% ABV
    This lite Kölsch offers pilsner malt aromas with hints of fruit punch and a subtle honeyed sweetness. It finishes mildly bitter with a refreshingly dry and highly drinkable character.

  • PINK CAULDRON
    PALE ALE / 5.0% ABV
    Aromas of melon and honeydew. Light in body and a crisp feel, with a light sweetness and a hint of pine, citrus, and lemon zest. It's moderately bitter and super refreshing. Brewed in collaboration with the Pink Boots Hawaii State Chapter.

  • UPCOUNTRY
    COFFEE KOLSCH / 4.7% ABV
    This beer pours a light golden color and offers inviting aromas of cold brew medium roast coffee. You'll taste subtle light toast flavors that complement the coffee notes, all wrapped up in a light to medium body that makes it easy to enjoy.

  • PINEAPPLE WHIP
    SOUR ALE / 6.0% ABV
    Inspired by the frozen Dole Whip treat, this sour beer leads with vanilla and pineapple candy. Full bodied, moderately tart, and complemented with milk sugar and a bready sweet malt backbone.

  • RED SAND
    RED ALE / 5.5% ABV
    “Medium body, bready, malty”
    Red Sand Amber Ale combines a medium body with bready, malty flavors and a baked chocolate nose. It has hop aromas of earth and spice from the late kettle Fuggle hop additions. The auburn color of this beer inspired us to name it after the unique Red Sand Beach in Maui.
  • JACARANDA
    JUICY IPA / 6.3% ABV
    “Juicy, & medium body”
    A juicy brew with flavors of citrus and tropical fruit powered by the addition of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Cascade hops. Extra wheat and oats are added to the mash to give this brew a soft mouth feel and the sunshine color that reminds us of gorgeous Lahaina sunsets.
  • TALK STORY – KOHOLĀ SERIES
    PALE ALE / 5.1% ABV
    “Smooth and slightly bready”
    This flavor matches beautifully with the tangerine citrus flavors and aromas of Chinook, Mosaic, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops. Locals in Hawaii love to chat or what we call talk story. This is what this beer truly represents, a good time with good friends and ohana.
  • LOKAHI – KOHOLĀ SERIES
    PILSNER / 5.5% ABV
    “Award-winning, German style pilsner”
    Our Lokahi Pilsner, is a 2016 Great American Beer FestivalⓇ Bronze Medal Winner in the German-Style Pilsner Category. The pilsner malt presents a slightly grainy sweetness balanced by the delicate bitterness of Noble hops. This pale-yellow lager is conditioned for extra long, giving it a perfect flavor and aroma profile. Lokahi is the Hawaiian word for “in unity, harmony, and peace” which we think describes this beer perfectly.
